Brenda is the owner and founder of Heart Stone Healing Day Spa, established in 2024. As a skilled energy worker, she is dedicated to fostering healing and well-being from within through her expertise in energy healing. With a background as a licensed esthetician since 2020, Brenda combines her passion for skin care and holistic wellness with her commitment to rejuvenating and revitalizing her clients. She is also deeply involved in her community, regularly volunteering her time to support others on their journey to healing, one person at a time.
She has received several certificates in energy work and is a certified Reiki Master. Brenda is licensed in the state of Arizona as an esthetician, with 1,000 hours of training from the Beauty and Health Institute in Tampa, Florida.

Reiki
Reiki is an energy healing technique that promotes relaxation and reduces stress and anxiety through gentle touch. Reiki practitioners use their hands to deliver energy to your body, improving the flow and balance of your energy to support healing.
Sessions are done fully clothed, so you can move comfortably as your body starts to unwind. This work is not like traditional massage therapy..
Craniosacral Unwinding
Craniosacral Unwinding is a gentle, hands-on healing technique that releases tensions deep in the central nervous system so that every other system in the body can relax and self-correct.
It helps you naturally free yourself from pain, stress and discomfort.
The practitioner “tunes-in” to the craniosacral rhythm which arises out of the fluid system of the body. Following this internal rhythm leads to places of restriction in the body’s connective tissue.
Using a light touch and dialogue, these places of restriction, pain or injury, are then released by gently unwinding the connective tissue.
Sessions are done fully clothed, so you can move comfortably as your body starts to unwind. This work is not like traditional massage therapy.
Thai Foot Massage
Thai foot massage has been around for thousands of years. This ancestral art, three times millenary is an integral part of the Thai daily hygiene. It is practiced in temples and medical centers but also in a user-friendly family atmosphere. As a holistic treatment, it is known to reduce stress, promote better immune system, increase circulation, increase alertness and enhance creativity.
Facial
Facial is a family of skin care treatments for the face and décolletage, includes steam, exfoliation (physical and chemical), extraction, creams, lotions, facial masks, peels, and massage. They are used for general skin health as well as for specific skin conditions, such as aging and acne prone and rosacea.
Home Clearing and blessings
Home Clearing and blessings with the use of certain herbs, one can achieve mental and emotional balance which is possible by eliminating unwarranted and unintentional energy in your surroundings. This leads to a state of well-being, clarity, and lightness, ultimately creating an atmosphere of peace and tranquility in your home or workplace.

Skin care services are by appointment only. HSH accepts early morning and evening appointments for your convenience.
Cancellations:
If you cannot make your appointment, please call 24 hours prior to your scheduled time.
This policy will allow others to enjoy HSH services.
No shows will be charged a no-show fee of $50.
